Do you have a payment plan?
Yes. For the Complete Tier, you can split the payment over two months, and for the Premium Tier, you can split the payment over two or three months. The enrollment pages for each course will display the available options.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For full, one-time purchases, all major credit cards and PayPal are accepted as long as your country of origin supports those payments. Payment plans can only be processed through major credit cards at this time.

What if I want to upgrade to a higher tier?
You can easily upgrade to a higher tier, and you will only pay the difference in the cost. At the moment, I don't have a way to automate this process, but in the meantime, just email me ( [email protected] ), and you will be emailed instructions on how to complete the upgrade.

What if I want to downgrade to a lower tier?
Unfortunately, those requests cannot be honored as the higher tiers include more content and additional swag for students. Your understanding is appreciated.

Do you offer refunds?
If you register for a course that is in "pre-order" status, meaning it is not yet "live," a refund can be offered as long as the request is made prior to the course going live. Once the course is live, however, refunds are not offered. Ask any questions you may have about the course before you register. You can also review the free preview lessons within the course, and you can register for a lower cost class and then upgrade later.

Are the courses in all English? Do you have any foreign language options?
At the current time, the Fast Track courses are only in English, primarily because this is the language of Hollywood.

Enrolling in a course gives me access for one year. What if I want access for more than a year?
Prior to your year expiring, you will receive an email about the approaching deadline. That email will include information on how to sign-up for a monthly membership fee, which will give you access to the course content for as long as you keep your monthly membership active (you can cancel at any time). If you have not yet completed course assignments, this monthly fee will also enable you to submit assignments beyond the one-year deadline.

What happens if I don't complete the course content by the one year deadline?
First, that will be a bummer. I want to help you get better, so if you are struggling, please contact me so I can try to find a way to help. But the deadline to complete all course content and receive feedback is one year from your start date, unless you take advantage of the monthly membership fee detailed in the question above that extends your participation in the course.
